This is getting really old..

I go to login and this shows up on the screen before taking me back to the login page as if I never did try to login in the first place.

And now I have to prove I'm not a robot to make this post here.

I can't either--right when I was going to reveal the answer to that riddle thing!

EDIT--It's an hour later, and I still can't get in. I can look at the board, but I can't log into it.

EDIT--Another hour--can't log in.

EDIT--Yet another hour, and I still can't log in! I'm going to have to call it quits until sometime later tonight.

I was able to get in and things were back to normal.

Now a few hours later after being off the internet, it's happening again.

We need a new board host.
Not here either, as I have to prove I'm not a robot too much.

Hi gar, I do not know what to do right now but glad to Muna is having a bad time also for the junk she is doing over on the other board...

Cy and I have been talking about that, but it's not easy. There are certain qualities we want--some that even Tapatalk doesn't have--so it's not easy to find one. But we're looking.

Hi there everyone...Sorry I wasn't alerted to come over here...I didn't know everyone was having issues with Crapatalk again! I'm certainly all ears when it comes to recommendations about a new board....It's the one area of technology that has seemed to have devolved....I wish we could find something like the old Yuku board, without all the glitches and server "whiteouts" Yuku used to get.

I actually like this board though...I'm on Win10 and and it doesn't ask me to do any of the bot tests....logging on is easy, as it remembers me....BUT, I do want to find something that works for everyone..I know Gar is on a Chromebook...

Yes, Cy, I like this one, as well. It reminds me of the old days (ha!). And I haven't had to do the "bot" thing, either.

I wish there was a way to make the left side more narrow so that there's more room for the posting area, but I haven't found any way to do that...I think the premium tier board might offer a little bit more design flexibility. It's just that I haven't been sure about going to that yet because we haven't made this permanent.

Yes, Cy, I was wondering about that left margin thing, too. I didn't know you could add code to this board. Of course, there's no need to go to a lot of trouble here unless you think it might become the main board. Or maybe you could work on it a little and keep it as the backup board if we should find another board to replace Tapatalk.

Yeah. Tried a serious post once. Got hives.

The hives filled up with spelling bees instead honey bees, so no honey for me.

With all that spelling going on, thought I would join a Harry Potter club. All those spells. But I am no good at pottery.

Bought a pig to pass the time. A big one. But I got warts from the Hog. So I traded it in for a Sportster. No Hog warts from that!

That is about as close to serious writing/riding as I get.

I can get into the main board, either.

I can see it, but it won't let me log in.

EDIT--Well, I'm not going to go through this all day. I'll try again later this afternoon, and if it doesn't work, I'll wait until some time tonight.

Yeah, Tapatalk is not letting me on by logging on through Google right now....Tapatalk is seriously, and outrageously crappy....No business could survive pulling the crap that they pull. The ONLY reason we're there is because they held all our Yuku history hostage.....And now, they're down regularly every day....They screw with board settings every day...And now they've got this thing that checks your browser history before you can log on.....and THAT thing seems to be glitching today so that you can't even log on.....Worst message board in the history of message board.....

The link to this board at Tapatalk has become mysteriously unstickied from the top, just when you'd need it most. I'm completely convinced now that Tapatalk is run by evil gnomes who have it as their main mission, to screw with us....I hate them.

If anyone can get onto the Tapatalk board to post, I hope you will let the board know that I'm locked out....and have everyone come over to this place.....This is too much to take. Over the weekend, I'll really start to look into a move if everyone is on board with that...Input from everyone is welcome....This doesn't just have to be my decision...If we make the move, I want it to be something that everyone agrees to and decides on...

According to Tapatalk's support board, the company is under almost constant cyber attack. If that's true, I think it might be from some person who was universally banned and is seeking revenge.

Cy, one advantage of Tapatalk is that TPH, YAP and MPU (Didy's board) are all on it. That means the common members can go back and forth between the boards with relative ease--which is an advantage to each board because it helps boost membership. It might therefore be a good (and/or interesting) idea for us to have kind of a "summit" with Diane and Didy, find out if they are as dissatisfied as we are, and then look for a new board format together. None of us would be obligated to choose the same company, but it would be kind of nice if we found one that everybody liked. It's just a thought. There's certainly no rush on this.
