It’s a joke. Rigetti is a leading quantum computer company, but they don’t manufacture phones — at least not yet.
There are no 4,294,967,296 qubit quantum computers on earth — not even close, but quantum supremacy is for real. We will probably hit quantum supremacy before the end of the year. Rigetti and D-Wave systems are not publicly traded, but IBM and GOOGL are.
